This monthly class encourages the understanding and practice of mindfulness and meditation.
We shall cover the following in each session:
- 2 / 3 x meditation practices
- Inspirational writing: we use a poem or piece of prose to help us relate to meditation & inner reflection
- Group reading guide: we discuss the last month's reading from our current book - details will be made available upon booking
Please bring your meditation cushion / stool if you have one
