Online meditation Sat 13 March (Women) (10:00am - 12:00pm)

This monthly class encourages the understanding and practice of mindfulness and meditation.
We shall cover the following in each session:
2 / 3 x meditation practices
Inspirational writing: we use a poem or piece of prose to help us relate to meditation & inner reflection
Group reading guide: we discuss the last month's reading from our current book - details will be made available upon booking
Please bring your meditation cushion / stool if you have one
Herbal teas are provided, but you are welcome to bring any other items along with you.
