Get Back

In this morning's meditation class (Meditation & More - held monthly) I invited everyone to become aware of their back. An often overlooked area of the body. So much of our lives are spent 'forward leaning'.

"Maybe I would move to Italy, after all..."

(Eat, Pray, Love - Elizabeth Gilbert / Bloomsbury Publishing plc)

The above is taken from one of my favourite books and one that has become something of an icon amongst those who've read it. Whilst not suggesting you consider moving to Italy...well, not unless you really want to, why not consider the next best thing - a yoga retreat?

A book started to appear on my Facebook timeline about a week ago and I admit that at the time, I just kept scrolling.

Then, almost like divine intervention, I decided I needed to find out more and that's when Code Red stood for more than an alert of something dangerous happening.
