What Others Have Said

I so enjoy your gentle instruction and guidance and have definitely felt the benefit of integrating your knowing into my daily life....Very calming and useful at times like this when the whole world seems to be focusing on fear.
Breathe breathe and breathe some more.  And look at the trees!

Our meditation groups have been really inspirational. I have truly found the the books, although sometimes challenging, so helpful and deeply thought provoking. Together with your help and guidance and support I'm discovering (at 60 years old!) that life is good and not too scary. Also the answers are all within, I'm becoming braver to look there!

Thankyou.

Thank you for solid, grounded practice, that can actually be used and change everyday life
