Hope Will Not Be Cancelled

I'm sorry to pop up again right now, as I'm sure many of you are experiencing overwhelm. I wanted to take a moment to let you know that I am thinking of you all, and to let you know that I am making offerings more accessible at this time.

Yoga is not cancelled:

Last night I held our regular yoga class, and it was wonderful to have the opportunity to connect with everyone. It reaffirmed how important it is for us to remain in touch and to keep pockets of normality amidst the chaos.

This was my last in-person offering for the foreseeable future. I shall be making the remaining two classes available either by pre-recorded video or audio - I need to work this one out. Either way, nobody will miss out and it will give you greater scope to practice in the comfort of your own home.

I intend to create further classes too, so will email more about those in the next week or so.

Meditation is not cancelled:

I am offering a FREE session Saturday morning online via Zoom. The purpose of this will be to help overcome fears and technical gremlins about using unknown apps / software to help you stay connected. We will be meeting at 10am and shall iron out any techie issues, have a check-in and then we'll conclude with a meditation.

If you'd like to join us, please let me know and I shall forward the joining instructions.

The intention is that we can maintain our community and to hold space in whatever way is needed.

Writing is not cancelled:

Our next online writing will be Wednesday 01 April at 7pm. I recently hosted our first online write and it was wonderful. Again, if you're a little worried about technology, or haven't joined us before, please try not to let this put you off. Writing / journaling is a very healing modality. I post writing prompts on our Facebook group which you can request to join here: Words Women Weave

I shall leave you with words that inspired this blog, received from Ryan van Lenning, a wonderful ecotherapist I have had the joy to be mentored by:

Ultimately, hope will not be cancelled.
Meaningful conversations will not be cancelled.
Love will not be cancelled.
Poetry and song will not be cancelled.
And our deep belonging to the earth, our wild purpose, and each other will not be cancelled.
